Laura brings more than 20 years of corporate experience and significant credentials to her role as a consultant and business owner. She has served as Senior Vice President of Administration for Legacy Partners, Vice President of Human Resources for CB Richard Ellis and Koll Management Services, and Vice President of Administration and Risk Management for Transwestern Property Company. Laura is an active member of SHRM, the Executive Forum, ASTD, RIMS, and the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Laura's training includes an undergraduate degree in psychology, certification in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Temperament Research Institute methodology, and post-graduate studies in risk management, all of which have given her a rare blend of skills that produce unmistakable results in organizations.
